THE BRIEF
To create a promotional video for the International Women’s Day 2024 on site exhibition, focused on capturing the display and reinforcing the company’s values for use across social media and website platforms. The approach uses slow, considered shots and reflective music to draw attention to key features, allowing space for the message to resonate. The film highlights the detail, care, and intention behind the exhibition, presenting it in a way that feels respectful, purposeful, and aligned with the significance of the occasion.

It also ensures the content is adaptable across formats, with the footage and structure designed to be reworked into shorter edits for social media while retaining clarity, consistency, and emotional impact alongside the full version.

THE SOLUTION
My solution was to create a considered, cinematic video that captures the exhibition with clarity and intent while reinforcing the company’s values. Through slow, deliberate shots and reflective sound, the film draws focus to the key features of the display and the thought behind them, allowing each element to be properly seen and understood. The content was structured to work both as a complete piece and as shorter edits, ensuring it could be used effectively across social media and the website while maintaining a consistent tone, message, and level of impact.

THE IMPACT
The impact of the video is in how it communicates the company’s values in a clear, considered, and human way, turning the exhibition into something that can be experienced beyond the physical space. It strengthens internal culture by recognising and celebrating the role of women within the organisation, helping individuals feel seen, valued, and represented. For women in the workplace, it reinforces a sense of inclusion and respect, highlighting their contributions and the importance of their presence within the business.
