PROMOTIONAL VIDEO
THE BRIEF
To create a promotional video documenting the seamless installation of a mock frictionless store at the new HSBC location in London, with the aim of showcasing both the design and delivery of the concept for internal teams and stakeholders. The brief was to capture the full journey of the space, from initial design intent through to physical installation, highlighting how the concept translated into a real, functioning environment.

Having designed the store myself, the approach focused on ensuring the original vision was clearly communicated on screen, with attention given to layout, flow, and the integration of technology within the space. The film documents key stages of the installation, from build and setup to final detailing, while also capturing the collaboration and coordination between teams involved.

THE SOLUTION
The solution was a clear, process driven promotional video that translates both the design intent and the successful installation of the frictionless store into a format that can be easily understood and shared. By combining visuals of the space, key build stages, and final details, the video bridges the gap between concept and reality, showing how the design functions in practice.
THE IMPACT
The video clearly communicated the success of the project, making the design and installation process easy to understand while showcasing the finished environment. It reinforced confidence in the concept, highlighted team capability, and supported future proposals by demonstrating the quality and viability of the work.
